Fabric Follow-up In charge

Responsibilities

• Follow up with fabric mills and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of fabrics.
• Track fabric orders, deliveries, and pending quantities to maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with dyeing, processing, and finishing units to monitor fabric status and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of fabric inward and outward movements, stock levels, and inventory reports.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve fabric-related issues and delays.
• Ensure fabric availability aligns with production requirements and deadlines.
