About Role
We are looking for a hands-on Module Lead to join our Platform Team, responsible for designing and delivering core components that power our SaaS ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer with strong technical leadership skills, experience in Node.js, Java, and React, and a forward-looking understanding of AI-driven and agentic system architectures.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable services, mentor engineers, and drive innovation in our platform capabilities.
On a Day-to-day Basis
- Lead the design and development of platform modules and microservices using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), and React.
- Work with the product team, architects, and other engineering teams to design solution, challenge assumptions to ensure successful executions, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure platform components.
- Contribute to the architecture and integration of AI-driven and agentic workflows to enhance automation, intelligence, and system adaptability.
- Own the full software development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers in modern engineering principles.
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and observability through Automations.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards.
- Largely hands-on with coding, at the same time, you are the mentor for your team who helps them break complex problems into more manageable tasks that can be easily estimated
- Design and develop end to end working pipeline from hardware to the visual representation layer.
- Collaborate in DevOps and CI/CD processes for smooth and reliable releases.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of professional experience in full-stack development with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest.js), Java (Spring Boot / Micronaut).
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Database: MySQL / MongoDB / Graph DB and familiarity with ORM frameworks.
- Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to AI Agentic architecture – including LLM integration, prompt orchestration, workflow agents, or AI automation frameworks (Claude, Lama, OpenAI API, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with WebSocket, HTTP, and similar communication protocols.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
