Daily Operations Management

  • Oversee maintenance of buildings, lifts, water supply, electricity, and common areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the society

2. Vendor & Service Management

  • Hire and supervise vendors (cleaning, security, pest control, repairs)
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
  • Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for equipment

3. Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage society budgets
  • Collect maintenance charges from residents
  • Track expenses, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain financial records and assist in audits

4. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with local housing laws and cooperative society rules
  • Handle documentation, registrations, and statutory requirements
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes or notices

5. Resident Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents
  • Handle complaints, requests, and conflict resolution
  • Organize society meetings (AGMs, committee meetings)

6. Facility & Asset Management

  • Plan preventive maintenance for infrastructure
  • Manage repairs, renovations, and upgrades
  • Ensure safety systems (fire, CCTV, access control) are functional
