• Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and targeted outreach strategies.
• Identify and engage specific industries and audience segments to drive lead generation.
• Manage the complete lead lifecycle — from generation and nurturing to conversion through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Own the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Facilitate client interactions, both virtual and in-person, as required.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Company Requirements
1) Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, IT products, or services Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales and lead conversion
2) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3) Hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound campaign execution.
4) Ability to effectively present product demos and simplify technical concepts for clients.
5) Familiarity with AI technologies or SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
6) Comfortable handling client interactions via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
7) Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
8) Must be based in Mumbai.
Education
1) B.Com- Bachelors of Commerce Any Graduate
2) Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relation in Any Specialization, Master of Human Resource Development in Any Specialization
